1.龚剑：中国特色社会主义城市地租：制度基础、价值源泉与经济效应

　　【摘要】沿着马克思主义政治经济学地租理论的基本思路，可从制度基础、价值源泉与经济效应三个方面对中国特色社会主义城市地租展开分析。城市土地属于国家所有是中国特色社会主义城市地租的制度基础，其在经济上的实现经历了长期的探索过程。在这一过程中，中国特色社会主义城市地租经历了从实物地租向货币地租的转变，这一转变的根本动力并非众多研究提及的地方政府，而是中央政府。在厘定中国特色社会主义城市地租的经济效应时，应当注意到马克思主义政治经济学地租理论所界定的地租作为土地所有者的收入，是阻碍资本积累的因素，而中国特色社会主义城市地租不仅促进了经济增长，而且是社会主义经济优越性和新型城镇化的重要物质基础。

　　Urban Ground-rent of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics:Institutional Basis, Value Source and Economic Effect

　　Abstract：The urban ground-rent of socialism with Chinese characteristics could be decomposed as the institutional basis, value source and economic effect in the framework of ground rent of Marxist political economy. As the institutional basis of urban ground-rent of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, state-owned land ownership has witnessed a long-lasting exploration of economic realization. In the process, the main type of urban ground-rent of socialism with Chinese characteristics transited from product type to monetary ones, which was driven by central government rather than local government mentioned by a lot of studies. In Marxist political economy, ground-rent as the income of landowners hinders capital accumulation, while the urban ground-rent of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics not only promotes economic growth but also takes basis for the advancement of socialist economy and new-type urbanization.
